how do you hang a double sided punching speed bag with a bungy cord?
im thinking about buying one but i have no idea where i am supposed too or should hang it. i need someone to tell me where are the best places to hang the double sided punching speed bag

you can buy kits on ebay. On one side I use a bike intertube with a S-hook on the other I use a bungy type rope I got from ringside.com
