how can i get firmer abs with my medicine ball?
A co-worker of mine bought me a medicine ball, and I wanted to know what are some good, effective ways to work toward a firmer abdominal area in a short amount of time.
A good diet plan would help too, so let me know that too!
I just bought a medicine ball! yay there soo cool.
Heres some exercises
Lay on the ground and put ur feet up so theyre perpendicular to the floor. Hold the medicine ball in your hands. Lift yourself up and touch the medicine ball to your feet.
Also lay on the ground and and bend your knees like your going to do a situp. Hold the medicine above your head. As you sit up bring the ball over your head and past your knees.
Lie on your back and raise your feet off teh floor so your hips and kenes are flexed at 90 degree angles. Tighten your stocmach muscles and tuck in your chin and curl up. Pass the ball from hand to hand around raised highs. Pass the ball in both directiosn
This one you need 2 people
Prepare to do a situp but throw the medicine ball to someone standing near your feet as sit up. When you fullly sit up the partner will toss you the ball back so you can repeat.
